Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP as well as hapless dad Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I write about my daily life, my good and bad days. My family relocated to America. When I was of one and a quarter I was able to join my parents. In the hope of having the best life possible I wanted to try my best to please them, and was focused on achieving my goals. My mind knew what the plan was for my future. Go to college and then graduate. Be married. Get a home. Get kids. My idea of success was to go to university to graduate, then get a corporate job. Then I'd get married to buy a home and then have children. But life had different plans. In 2013 I found myself dreading going to my corporate job the money and status didn't bring me happinessand I was feeling like I was wasting my time to earn a living but I knew that I was destined for something more. While I moved to a new path in life I began to discover that I was a personal trainer and my passion. I am a lover of exercise and enjoy working with people and help those around me. The business I started was in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. It's rare to meet an Asian woman working in this field. As a coach, my goal is to motivate people to live a healthy and enjoyable life by establishing viable lifestyles that are suited to each individual's needs and goals. In addition, I strive to motivate others to follow their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. When my professional career began to flourish, I experienced one of the greatest losses in my life, my mother's passing away. She won her eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven, and I remain close to her in my heart. Life's lessons often go unnoticed however they are very beneficial. There are many ways that my mother's passing changed me. It is my belief that she gave me another opportunity to be a part of her story after she passed away. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. It was now time for her to move on to the next chapter of her life and my chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. In the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. I am able to say that I live now instead of merely living as I did previously. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to be able to share my stories and thoughts. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You're capable of achieving anything you want and more. Therapy is necessary and is normal. Health is the best asset. I pray to live your the life you want to live and have your end is without regrets because that's all we can count on for the rest of our lives.
